What this site is

PartTimeJobs.ie is a dedicated listing site for part time work in Ireland. Generalist job boards treat part time as a checkbox on a full time site. Here it is the whole point, so listings are organised the way people actually look for this kind of work: by county and town, by the kind of role, and by whether the hours are weekends, evenings or flexible enough to fit around study.

We currently track 217 live listings across 24 counties.

Where the listings come from

We do not host job adverts ourselves. Listings are gathered from partner job boards under their publisher programmes, deduplicated, categorised, and linked back to the original advertiser. When you click through to apply, you land on the advertiser's own listing and apply there.

Because the advert belongs to the original board, we show a summary rather than the full text. The complete description and the application form are always on the other side of that link.

How often it updates

The listings refresh twice a day. When a role stops appearing in the source feed we mark it closed and remove it from the listings; its page stays up for a while explaining that it has closed, then disappears. That is deliberate: a job board that quietly leaves dead adverts up wastes your time.

How we make money

When you click through to an advertiser, the job board that supplied the listing pays us a small amount for the referral. That is the entire business model.

It costs you nothing, and it never will. We do not charge jobseekers for anything, which is both our policy and the law in Ireland. We also do not sell your details, because we do not collect them: there are no accounts and no application forms on this site.

What we are not

We are not an employment agency and we are not a recruiter. We do not screen candidates, put anyone forward for a role, or act on behalf of employers. This site is a noticeboard that points at other people's adverts.

We also cannot answer questions about individual vacancies, change an advert, or tell you whether an application was received. All of that sits with the advertiser.
